Our On-Line exclusive, free 48 hour delivery service applies to all orders to Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland destinations (this will be automatically applied at the Checkout page). All orders to the Highlands, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are subject to a standard delivery charge of £13.99 for our 48hr service. Orders over £120 will be shipped to the Republic of Ireland, Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland free of charge.

- We will provide absolute shipping costs for all orders to any worldwide destination. Please use the "Contact Us" page and we will respond within 12 hours. Please note you may have to pay import duties and in bound taxes in some countries. We suggest before ordering you obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise of the country the delivery is bound for.

Returns & Replacements
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 28 days of purchase (excluding delivery charges), as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. In the event of you wishing to return a product, please visit our Orders & Returns page. Alternatively, please contact us using the contact details provided on our contact page and we will be able to advise you of your Return Number. Please note we do not accept returns without the Return Number being used in all correspondence. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the product back from you. It takes approximately 7 days for us to process the return, and a further 3-4 days for your bank to refund your account.
- No returns applicable for cut lengths of fabric.
- If a product is returned because it is unwanted, we will not refund the delivery or return postal charges.
- If the product has not been returned in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, and a repackaging fee may be charged.
- We will refund the original delivery charge and the return postal charge if the product is faulty or damaged. Your statutory rights are not affected when the goods are faulty.
Your items will be despatched the next working day after we receive your order, and sent by a dedicated courier service. You will be sent order tracking details by email, and you should receive your order between 7.30am and 6pm on the next working day. When your order is despatched from our warehouse in Southampton, we will email you using the address you gave at the registration phase. This email will contain the order tracking details and courier information. When you place your order you will be asked for the delivery address. Please be aware that if your order is sent to a different address, there may be a delay in processing your order. This is for security reasons and to protect our customers.
